Step into Christmas at the Essex County Christmas Fair, taking place at the magnificent Boreham House from 13–15 November 2026. Discover over 150 carefully selected stalls filled with unique gifts, handcrafted products, artisan food and drink, festive decorations and plenty of Christmas inspiration.

Browse heated shopping marquees and outdoor stalls throughout the beautiful grounds, then enjoy live music, festive performers, tempting food trucks and warming seasonal drinks. Keep an eye out for Father Christmas as he makes his way around the fair, stopping for photographs and spreading a little extra Christmas magic.

A pedestrian pathway leads directly from the parking field to the event entrance.

A free shuttle bus will be available to assist disabled visitors. Please display your Blue Badge and follow the stewards’ directions to the designated disabled parking area and shuttle point.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is on grass, which may be uneven underfoot. Please wear appropriate footwear and take care when walking through the car park. Although floodlighting will be provided, some areas may be dimly lit, so we recommend bringing a torch if arriving or leaving after dark.
